In addition to our commercial projects, our esteemed project in Soho demonstrates our versitility in the refurbishment of a Victorian fronted and Georgian rear house, to form 3 self contained flats serviced by a main staircase.

 

The rear elevation had become delapidated, and needed to be re-built in the same style. which required coordination with the City of Westminster council in demolition notices and road closures to minimise disruption to the local shops and residents.

Retaining the key period features of the two eras,  the Georgian fireplaces and Victorian fibrous mouldings and milled timber ensured that the building matches the existing features and preserves its character.
